the rivy system explained

In modern society, we have grown too comfortable with chasing away our problems, especially in relation to our health. We take medications, frequent doctors' offices, use herbs and supplements, typically not to target the root cause, but to dampen the discomfort or symptoms.
This is what I call surface-level treatment, and if you are not striving to go beyond the surface, your concerns will only become embedded more deeply.
Symptoms are never the problem. They are actually a very important part of our body's alert system. They serve as our internal signals or compass to let us know that there is a concern we need to pay attention to.
I like to think of it as a fire alarm. When there is smoke in the house, and the fire alarm is working properly, it will sound the alarm.
So what would you do first? Do you go assess to see if there is a fire that needs outing, OR do you go and silence the alarm/snatch the batteries out?
Well, I hope you chose the first option.
Cause in a way, that is how we should be responding to our temple as well.
Instead of chasing symptoms away, you have to put it in the dirt. The only way you can do that is to first dig the hole.
At Rivy, we aim to support you in doing this. We don't treat primarily to silence the symptoms; instead, we focus on (1) uncovering the root and (2) rebuilding rhythm.
Don't get it twisted. That doesn't include just checking a lab to see if it shows a deficiency; it's checking your heart and mind to see if it is aligned.
Healing is literally embedded in every part of our RIVY system. Rivy is actually an acronym that structures the framework of our system:
ROOT
With the first pillar of RIVY, we focus on digging deep so that we can uncover the underlying cause of our health symptoms or concerns. The focus is not on the symptom itself, but instead, on what is happening at the foundational level. This includes looking into everything lifestyle-related, including nutrition, environmental factors, mental health, and spiritual well-being, to find out the source of the imbalance.
IGNITE
After we have uncovered the root, we would focus on igniting or lighting up the fire to activate the body's natural healing rhythm or burn out what is causing the body to be imbalanced. To activate the innate healing capability, we focus on targeted nutrition, motion, and lifestyle adjustments that will fan the flames.
VIGORIZE
The third pillar focuses on adding vigor to the rhythm with the aim of energizing and strengthening the entire system. How do we do this? Keep building the rhythm (habits) that will help you maintain your desired healing status. This is primarily one of the most important pillars because this is where your transformation bridges into lasting change.
YIELD
The last pillar directly represents exactly what it means. Your yield. The fruit of your labor. It's the abundance of healing that happens when you honor your temple. When you yield to the wisdom of the mind, body, and spirit, you also give way to the yield of your temple, including but not limited to vibrant health, a clear mind, and spiritual alignment.
These are the PILLARS of Rivy. It is fitting because it is what makes our temple stand.
RIVY is meant to flow like a river, being that we are giving gentle, intentional, and life-giving insights on common conditions, and help you.
Rivy is meant to help you revive your internal and external health.
Rivy is meant to help you find your rhythm.
Rivy is meant to help you tie to your higher purpose and spiritual core.
Rivy is meant to undim your light (aura) so you can shine.
And if it is your interest, RIVY is to help you become Rooted in Vigor AND YAH (God).
And in every pillar, we rely on 5 healing foundations to keep our temple standing:
Motion: This includes exercises, but not just exercise. This is anything that adds movement to the temple. It doesn't even have to be hard; it can be as simple as stretching. Motion helps us flow.
Nutrition: All food (and beverages) is information for the cells. What we consume can either feed disease or destroy it. We emphasize the foods that are most appropriate for our individual body chemistry to support our healing capacity.
Connection: Human people are both spiritual and physical. I strongly believe we are more spiritual than physical. Anything that affects our spiritual will affect our mental. Anything that affects our mental will affect our physical. So we have to be cognizant of our relationships -- who/what we connect with, how we connect, and when we connect.
Restoration: Healing takes place when the body can rest. Hustle culture is riding our system into overdrive. This foundation is one of the most important because quality sleep, stress management will allow your body to repair and regenerate.
Abstention: In many cases, you don't need to add anything at all to your regimen; you need to take away. Taking away the things causing harm makes space for more healing to take place. This may include putting down processed foods, reducing toxin exposure in your environment, or even stepping back from a relationship that drains your energy stores and disrupts your peace.
This is the RIVY System.
It is a full-circle healing rhythm.
With this system, we are changing the approach to health care entirely.
The aim is to reach the masses and create communities of individuals who understand not only their bodies and what the symptoms mean, but also understand how to honor their temples and serve their purpose.
I know so many people who are tired of the symptom-disease-treatment cycle.
Let's break the cycle of inflammation, polypharmacy, and decreased life quality as we root the issue, ignite our temple's natural healing ability, vigorize our rhythm with intention, and yield an abundant health status.
Your temple deserves nothing less.
